Welcome from President Pamela Trotman Reid

Saint Joseph College provides its students with engaging courses of study and relevant career skills rooted in a tradition of academic excellence and community service that reaches back to the College's founders, the Sisters of Mercy.  For more than 75 years, our students have been challenged and encouraged by talented faculty. They graduate as accomplished scholars and thoughtful leaders who are well respected within their fields.

We offer a wide variety of academic programs that serve students at different stages of their lives and careers. Our divisions include the Undergraduate Women's College, The Weekend Program for Adult Learners, The Graduate Program, the Office of Continuing Studies, The School for Young Children and The Gengras Center.  Our beautiful Olmsted-designed campus provides an array of cultural events, service opportunities, occasions for spiritual development, and fitness and recreational options.  The College also has an active presence outside its campus, reaching into the surrounding community through internships, community service projects, new programs and partnerships.

At Saint Joseph College we meet the needs of an ever-changing world through scholarship and service, while remaining faithful to our Mercy values.  We welcome you to join us.
