Summer Programs
A curricular and co-curricular experience, Leadership Bound, offers junior and senior high school women the opportunity to explore their leadership potential. Offered during the summer months, this program includes adventure education opportunities as well as workshop activities. The participants will enjoy outdoor adventure activities that encourage self awareness and build team skills. Also, the young women will work together, using a customized workbook, to build a Personal Leadership Plan. The plan will help each participant identify what is important to them, how they will achieve outcomes based on their personal purpose, and how they will renew the leadership process going forward.
This experience, based on leadership development approaches used at some of the world's largest organizations, will help the young women prepare for college and beyond. Best of all, the women will develop a lifelong network of friends and leadership peers.
