Directions by Plane, Train, and Bus

Plane: Use Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), which is approximately 30 minutes from Annapolis by car. There is an airport limousine to Annapolis that leaves from the lower level of the airport. Public transportation to Annapolis from Washington National Airport (DCA) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) is more difficult, so we recommend using BWI.

Train: The Amtrak station at BWI is the closest to Annapolis. Take the free shuttle from the train station to the airport, then use an airport shuttle or limo to get to Annapolis.

Bus: Buses from Baltimore and Washington have routes to Annapolis. Please check local bus companies for schedules.
