The Marriage and Family Therapy Department Matriculation RequirementsA student seeking to matriculate into the Marriage and Family Therapy Program is required to submit to the Graduate School the following: - All official college transcripts mailed directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions from accredited institutions that evidence a baccalaureate degree with a GPA of at least 2.7 or higher;
- Two (2) letters of professional reference mailed directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions recommending the candidate for graduate work in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Saint Joseph College;
- A completed application to the Office of Graduate Admissions at Saint Joseph College along with the required application fee;
- A completed Planned Program of Study - completed with the Program Director - with one copy sent to the MFT office and the other to the Office of Graduate Admissions;
- A statement to the Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program indicating the student's motives and professional goals for pursuing a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy; and
- All relevant immunization records. (See Office of Graduate Admissions for details.)
Students who have not submitted all required documents to the Office of Graduate Admissions will not be matriculated into the Marriage and Family Therapy Program.
