Social Work Our nationally renowned Social Work program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and recognized by employers and graduate schools throughout the United States. Student/Alumnae/i Support Network Students and graduates of the Social Work program benefit from an active alumnae/i network. Alumnae/i participate as student mentors, field instructors, guest speakers, and prospective employers. Special events such as the annual Social Work Alumnae/i/Student Dinner bring students and alumnae/i together. Professional Opportunities As a Social Work graduate, you will be an entry-level professional social worker, prepared to work with people of different ages and different cultural backgrounds. In addition, you may qualify for admission with advanced standing to master's degree programs in Social Work. Ninety-five percent for our graduates go on to earn an M.S.W. or other advanced degrees.
