Saint Joseph College presents The Gospel Festival of New England 2012
It is almost time for the annual Gospel Festival of New England, which brings together accomplished singers from various congregations. The festival will be on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Bruyette Athenaeum’s Hoffman Auditorium on Saint Joseph College’s main campus in West Hartford. General Seating. John H. Whitaker, the founding Artistic Director of the Festival, will reprise his role and the Reverend Nora Wyatt Jr. will return as the host of this year’s event.
Each year, audiences praise the creativity of the musical performances and the talent of the featured artists. The festival this season will showcase choirs from Mount Olive Church Ministries, Hartford, Conn.; Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Hartford, Conn.; Alden Baptist Church, Springfield, Mass.; and Canaan Baptist Church of Christ, Springfield, Mass.
