Veteran Broadway dancer, actress, and Tony-Award winning choreographer Ann Reinking has collaborated with Thodos Dance Chicago for Fosse Trilogy, a suite of short dances by director-choreographer Bob Fosse. Fosse Trilogy will be featured at TDC’s performance at Saint Joseph College and comprises three short dances performed on television in the 1960s and not seen by audiences for over a half-century: "Cool Hand Luke," "Mexican Breakfast," and "Tijuana Shuffle."
Ms. Reinking is probably best known for her work on the hugely successful 1996 Broadway revival of Fosse's musical Chicago, for which she won a Tony Award for Best Choreography. She also conceived and co-directed Fosse, the 1999 Broadway revue of numbers from such Fosse stage and screen efforts as Chicago, Damn Yankees, Sweet Charity, and All That Jazz. Additionally, she has choreographed works for Joffrey Ballet of Chicago, Connecticut Ballet Theatre, and Pacific Northwest Ballet.
