Two very special initiatives designed to honor Saint Joseph College President Emerita Sister Mary Consolata O’Connor ’39, Ph.D., are announced.
Sister M. Consolata O’Connor ’39 Scholarship
- Gifts in honor of Sister Consolata will be used to establish an endowed scholarship in her name as well as provide current use scholarship aid to academically outstanding young women who dream of attending Saint Joseph College but lack the funds to do so.
Presidential Portraits: A Legacy of Leadership
- Designed to honor each SJC president with a professionally-rendered oil portrait that, once completed, will line the corridor of Mercy Hall.
Next steps:
- Make your check payable to Saint Joseph College and mail it today to: Mary Farley Murphy, Saint Joseph College, 1678 Asylum Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117
- Contribute or pledge at the $5,000 level and your name appears on a permanent plaque adjacent to Sister Consolata’s portrait identifying you as a major contributor to both the portrait program and the scholarship.
