Faculty and Staff, Please Click Here. Information Technology provides training, support, and leadership as it relates to the technology, media and telecommunication resources of Saint Joseph College.
Information Technology staff provides technical support for all aspects of technology through the campus. The department is under the auspices of the Vice President of Finance, Charles Mann (860.231.5220), and is comprised of six service areas:

Help Desk/Dispatch provides support for "quick questions" and dispatches technical support staff for hardware and software problems. All calls to the Help Desk/Dispatch are logged and prioritized when the calls are received then assigned to a technician to provide service.
Administrative computing manages the daily operations of administrative software applications and provides leadership for administrative systems.
The Media Center has a wide variety of audio visual equipment for loan and provides production support for projects such as: video production, sound recordings on cassette or CD, sound/video duplications, copy-stand photography 35mm and digital, scanned images, transparencies and laminations.
The Network Center is the hub to Information Technology housing PC classrooms, a faculty development room and the main computer lab. This facility provides Internet connection, 110 computers, over 400 software products and ample printing capabilities.
The Web Site Coordinator administers the Saint Joseph College website.
Telecommunications Support provides hands on support for the phone and voicemail systems including establishing and maintaining extensions and voicemail boxes.
