List lesson objectives as student learning outcomes, for
example, the student will be able to define 10 vocabulary words used in
the…, list
3 comparisons between…, etc.
Instructional Materials
List all materials you and students need for the lesson
plan.
Lesson Sequence
List and describe the lesson sequence, and include time
allotments. The lesson can exceed more than one day. Be sure to include follow up, such as
homework.
Evaluation or Assessment
List and describe methods for assessing the learning
outcomes based on stated objectives.
Supplement Materials
Create student-based instruction sheets, worksheets,
homework assignment materials, and such to accompany the plan. This might also include direction you
create for helping students use the software or website.
Oral Presentation
Give a lively 10-minute presentation for the
class describing your plan and demonstrating the software. Keep us engaged.
