In addition to the links provided
below for viewing samples off the Internet, please note that if you are on
campus, you can access PowerPoint samples from the college network. Open PowerPoint and look in the J drive for
a folder called “PowerPoint Samples.”
This folder contains about a dozen sample PowerPoint
presentations. For your convenience,
however, I have placed samples displays on the Internet. Check this page
periodically for updates. Click on the links to view

some tips on what PowerPoint is and does by viewing this attractive, humorous

presentation helps students with using effective techniques for incorporating
dialogue into their creative stories.
The presentation is excellent for the 6-12 grade language arts area. A useful presentation for seeing how
to integrate science into the elementary school curriculum, this presentation
is quite colorful. Check it out. A straightforward presentation is
given about using literature circles in the elementary classroom. This sample was created by a
seventh-grade student in a pull-out special education resources room for use
in his regular social studies class.
Creating and showing the presentation in front of his peers helped his
self-esteem, according to his teacher, Valeria Flynn. Here is one created by a Latin
teacher for use with her middle school students. The photographs and animation on this
presentation are impressive, and the teacher’s sense of humor is an added
bonus. See this presentation for an effective
way to teach astronomy to elementary-school children.
This
presentation incorporates photographs of students in the teacher’s third
class as a motivational way to teach weekly vocabulary words. Once you go to the URL using the link
