SJC’s Justin McGlamery to Deliver Keynote at the Connecticut Department of Education's first ever Physically Active Classroom Institute
SJC Coordinator of Adventure Education Justin McGlamery has been invited to deliver the Keynote and General Session for day two of the Connecticut Department of Education's first ever Physically Active Classroom Institute taking place on February 28, 2012 at the CREC Medical Professions and Teacher Preparation Academy in Windsor.
Participants will include school teams (administration, academic and PE teachers) from throughout Connecticut. The topic of the Keynote and General Session will be "The Power of PICOUP: People In Charge Of Unlocking Potential." Justin will also be presenting a two-hour “Focus Your Locus” workshop, based on the book he co-authored with his former SJC colleague, the late Mike Gessford, published by Wood 'n' Barnes in 2010.
