Auditorium Policies

General Information And Auditorium Policies Bruyette Athenaeum

  • All ticket sales are final. No tickets will be held without advance payment.
  • There are no refunds or cancellations.
  • Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
  • Group discounts are available for most events. Tickets are discounted for the Saint Joseph College community with the presentation of a current identification card.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.
  • Tickets for regional performing arts groups using the Hoffman Auditorium are generally available from those organizations and on occasion through the Frances Driscoll Box Office.
  • Programs, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
  • Food and beverages are prohibited inside the Hoffman Auditorium and Art Gallery. Smoking is prohibited inside all Saint Joseph College buildings.
  • Cell phones, beepers, and other electronic devices must be disabled prior to performance. The taking of photographs and the use of recording devices during performances is strictly prohibited.
  • Most events have reserved seating, and some have general admission.
  • Handicapped patrons requiring special seating or other services should alert the box office at the time of ticket purchase.
