Use Our Facilities

We are pleased to make our facilities available to your group.  The following spaces in The Bruyette Athenaeum are available for contracted use:

Hoffman Auditorium
Hoffman Auditorium (pictured at left)
(Capacity = 365)

Second Floor Reception Room
(Capacity = 51 seated, 110 standing)

Winifred E. Coleman Lobby
(Capacity = 214 standing, not recommended for a seated event)

Outdoor Garden
(Capacity = approximately 250)

 

Additional spaces in The Bruyette Athenaeum may be made available upon special request.

TO REQUEST AN EVENT: Please click on the link below, then click the "Request an Event" link on the left-hand side of the Astra Schedule page.  Type in the title of your event, then select "Event Request Form - Bruyette" from the drop-down menu.  Click "Next" and fill out the form as completely as you can.

Please note that submission of this form does not automatically put your event into our schedule.  We will respond to your request within two business days.
