Leadership Development
Leadership development programs and opportunities are created to provide students with the training and skills needed to be successful leaders on and off campus. Through a series of workshops open to the entire Saint Joseph College community, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, to inspire others, to enable those around them, to model positive leadership and to encourage others to do the same.
Mission
To provide a comprehensive program for the development of leadership skills and abilities that will produce successful student leaders who become committed life-long learners.
The goals of Leadership Development are:
- To enhance student leadership skills and abilities.
- To provide support and resources for all student participants.
- To provide a holistic educational and leadership experience for student leaders.
- To develop transferable skills to prepare students for the larger community.
