Saint Joseph College Office of Disability Services

The Office of Disability Services at Saint Joseph College strives to provide qualified students with documented disabilities equal access to programs, facilities and services in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. By supporting students in becoming successful self-advocates, enhancing disability awareness amongst the College community, and working collaboratively and productively with other departments on campus, the Office of Disability Services works to provide students with a strong foundation for achieving academic and personal success.

It is the student's responsibility to self-identify to the Coordinator of Disability Services.  A student must submit a request for accommodations and support services each semester.  Accommodations are not retroactive, therefore we advise students to disclose and request accommodations early in the semester.

The Office of Disability Services is located in the Health and Counseling Center.
