Mission Statement
The Office of Information Technology provides training, support, and leadership for implementations of the technology, media, and telecommunication resources of Saint Joseph College.

Who We Are

Help Desk 860.231.5310 helpdesk@sjc.edu
The Help Desk provides support for hardware and software. Calls to the Help Desk are logged, prioritized and then assigned to a technician to provide service.

Academic Technology
The Academic Technology staff provide support and leadership for classroom technology and instructional design. Our Media Center has a wide variety of audio visual equipment and provides production support for events as well as for projects such as video and sound recordings, photography, image scanning, and lamination. Our Network Center houses computer classrooms, a faculty project development site and the main computer lab.

Administrative Computing
Administrative Computing provides support and leadership for college-wide software applications.

Network Services
The Network Services staff provide support and leadership for Network Security, Administration, Telecommunications and copiers.
