Location: Lower Level Mercy Hall
Mailroom Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
USPS Collection*: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m.
UPS Collection: Monday - Friday, except holidays, 5:30 p.m.
Services:
- Each academic year, resident students are assigned new mailboxes; Residential Life staff distribute keys during room check in. All mailbox keys are to be returned at the end of the academic year.* A $50.00 replacement fee will be charged for unreturned mailbox keys. It is the responsibility of resident students to return their mailbox keys directly to Mail Services when leaving their residence.
- Mailroom will meter postage for: certified mail, media mail, and personal parcels.
The Bookstore sells postage stamps for letter mail - Students ordering packages should make sure that they put the word "Student" in the address when ordering.
* Deposit personal mail in blue USPS collection boxes: collection boxes are located near McGovern Hall parking lot and behind the grounds garage near Mercy Hall sidewalk
