Grievance and Appeals Procedures
If you are taking any Saint Joseph College courses and you have a complaint about your experience with Saint Joseph College you have two options:
1. You can follow Saint Joseph College's process for student appeals and grievances, which is located in the Student Handbook. You may also contact the New England Association of Schools and Colleges which is Saint Joseph College's regional accrediting agency.
2. If you reside outside of Connecticut while attending Saint Joseph College, in many cases you can file a complaint in the state where you are residing.
