Academics

Each student chooses one course for the session. This allows her to engage with her subject deeply and memorably. All students benefit from small class size, individual instruction, collaborative group work, and inventive projects. They are challenged to participate in discussions, work with others, and express themselves creatively.

Girls are expected to complete daily assignments, and present a larger project at the end of the program. However, we find students are more open-minded and learn more when they are not assigned homework or graded. Our instructors come with a wide variety of backgrounds – bringing knowledge, guidance and fun to the classroom. They demand hard work and fill the class with projects and hands-on work.
