The Career Services Office offers a variety of ways for employers to reach St. John’s students and graduates. Whether you want to hire a full-time or part-time employee, temporary help, or a student intern, we can connect you with well-trained, qualified applicants to meet your needs.
We recently implemented Handshake—a new digital job posting board—and invite you to visit the platform so that you may post your current and future opportunities quickly and easily! Handshake is currently the largest digital career resource site for connecting students with employers. Once you register as an employer, we’ll approve your account and you can begin posting!
We’d like you to know about our summer internship program called the Hodson Trust Internship Program. Our students would appreciate knowing of your summer internship opportunities. They can apply for internship funding through the College! Please consider posting your internship details on Handshake.
St. John’s College is interested in hearing from you about how we can work with you more effectively. Please contact our office if you have any additional questions at 410-626-2501 or annapolis.careerservices(at)sjc.edu.
“St. John’s students are motivated by something bigger than themselves. They’re not just trying to pad their resumes; they’re trying to find Truth and Meaning, both in the world and for their own lives. If you ever host a Johnnie intern for a summer, you’ll get a sense that this experience has deep existential consequences for them. It gives the mentorship relationship a sense of gravitas.”
—Elisabeth McClure, fellow at the Joan Ganz Cooney Center, Psychology
