The Saint Joseph College R.N. to B.S. in Nursing with a Multicultural Health Concentration is a unique degree-completion program for graduates of the Connecticut Community College Nursing Program.
The R.N. to B.S. in Nursing with a Multicultural Health concentration will prepare you for nursing in a multicultural world. You will gain knowledge and skills for professional advancement and the ability to:
- Assess and respond to cultural factors related to health
- Alleviate health disparities and improve health outcomes among diverse populations
- Apply cultural competencies as defined by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN)
- Promote National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in Health Care (CLAS Standards)
- Communicate in Spanish with beginning-level proficiency
The nationally recognized Saint Joseph college Nursing Program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and approved by the Connecticut Board of Examiners in Nursing.

If you are considering returning to school, consider the BRIDGE PROGRAM!
- If you have an RN license, or will be taking the NCLEX© exam before the new semester.

- If you are considering continuing your education to the Master's level in Nursing.
