Meridith Cayer
Senior Admissions Counselor
Saint Joseph College School of Pharmacy
Meridith Cayer, Senior Admissions Counselor, joined the School of Pharmacy in July 2010. Prior to working for Saint Joseph College, Meridith worked for The Connecticut Pharmacists Association (CPA). While at CPA she gained in-depth knowledge about the profession and practice of pharmacy. Before moving to Connecticut, Meridith worked in New York in pharmaceutical marketing. Her accounts included Genentech, Sanofi, and Pfizer.
Meridith was one of the first staff to be hired to recruit the School of Pharmacy’s Inaugural Class. Meridith considers her involvement in the successful building and opening of the school to be a career highlight. As an admissions counselor, Meridith guides candidates through the application process. She enjoys meeting candidates from across the country who have an interest in the school’s unique accelerated block-style curriculum. Meridith holds a B.A. from Providence College, and is currently working on her M.S. in Management at Saint Joseph College.
In her free time, Meridith volunteers with The United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) and is an avid supporter of the arts.
