Sandy Knight

Sandy’s origins are in the Midwest; however, after relocating here some 23 years ago, she considers herself a Yankee! She loves New England and feels relocating here has allowed her to see many beautiful parts of the country she may not have had the opportunity to see otherwise. She has 3 adult children, and 2 very special grandchildren who also live in the area. Sandy loves working, loves people and feels that New Englanders are especially kind and sincere. She enjoys being a volunteer in her community and her church. She enjoys theatre, art and all things creative, and feels a special kinship with the outdoors. Early on, she hoped to become a botanist, but other things took priority, so that dream may see fruition the “next time around”. Prior to coming to the School of Pharmacy, she spent many years working at Saint Francis Hospital where she met many wonderful people. Sandy is happy to be working at the School of Pharmacy and especially enjoys the positive energy the students bring to the work environment.
