Santa Fe Commencement 2023

St. John’s College, Santa Fe will hold its 56th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. on Weigle Placita. Join us in May to see our Class of 2023 undergraduate and graduate students receive their Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts.

Our Commencement speaker will be Sarah Davis, the Dean-Elect of St. John’s College, Santa Fe. Ms. Davis has been a tutor at St. John’s since 2012 and will become the Dean of the College this fall. She received her B.A. in Philosophy and Anthropology from Harvard University and her Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Emory University. Ms. Davis was the recipient of the Condon Prize for Psychological Anthropology as well as The Marjorie Shostak Prize for Excellence and Humanity in Ethnographic Writing. Before becoming a tutor, Sarah worked for Time Magazine in Paris and American Heritage Magazine in New York, where she also opened and ran a pop-up DIY clothing design studio. We look forward to hearing her address to the Class of 2023!
