STATE: On November 10, Maryland’s Governor Larry Hogan announced that restaurants would be capped at 50 percent capacity for indoor dining, starting November 11. He also issued a travel advisory, strongly recommending that residents avoid non-essential travel to states experiencing high positivity rates and case rates. Religious and retail establishments will continue to operate at 50 percent capacity.
COUNTY: On November 12, Anne Arundel County announced that social gathering limits of 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors would be enacted on November 13. Youth athletics were suspended on November 16, and indoor dining capacity for bars and restaurants are capped at 25 percent starting November 20.
