St. John’s is happy to be partnering with A’viands Food and Services management as of August 2014. A’viands’ focus on quality and healthy options has already won over our students, faculty, and staff, and we’re sure conference guests will enjoy their delicious offerings. A’viands manages the dining hall at St. John’s, regularly offering made-to-order eggs at breakfast, and a fresh made-to-order salad and sandwich station at lunch and dinner. In addition to hot line offerings at all three meals, vegetarians and guests with food allergies or sensitivities can always find something great to eat. A’viands’ staff is happy to talk with guests about their options.
In addition to providing healthy meals in the cafeteria, A’viands provides excellent quality catering for dinners, receptions, and breaks for conference groups. The Conference Services office works closely with A’viands to make sure catering orders are accurate and delivered on time. A’viands prides itself on beautiful presentations and exceptional food. Conference group leaders may make selections from this catering guide, and are welcome to request pricing for specific menu items through conference services.
