The Summer Academy Application

To apply to the Summer Academy please go to our online application, select the session(s) you wish to attend and provide all the necessary contact information.

Application Requirements:

  • Two short responses
  • An unofficial transcript
  • Contact information for one recommender

Please make note that our application will not save your work—we recommend writing your short responses outside of our platform until you are ready to submit. A recommender can be a teacher, coach, parent, counselor, pastor, etc. Applications are processed on a rolling basis beginning in January until our program is full.

Deposit and Payment

A $200 deposit is required by June 1, 2022 to secure your place in the session(s) you wish to attend. If you are attending multiple sessions on one campus, a fee of $100/weekend will be added to the tuition to account for weekend activities.

If attending sessions on both campuses, a $200 deposit must be submitted to each location.

Summer Academy tuition is $1,200 per week. Tuition covers room, meals, books, activity fees, and cool St. John’s swag.

Financial Assistance

We understand that the cost of the Summer Academy may be out of reach for some families, and we will do our best to provide some assistance to those with financial need. Please reach out to the Summer Academy Directors for additional information.

The Summer Academy Scholarship Application and required attachments are due on or before May 7, 2022.

International Student Visas
