Summer Academy Application

Tuition and Deposit Information

Summer Academy On Campus tuition is $1,250 per week (tuition covers room, meals, books, activity fees, and cool St. John’s swag). Summer Academy Online tuition is $175 per week.

A $200 deposit is required by May 1, 2023 for EACH on-campus session you plan to attend. The remaining payment must be made by June 1, 2023 for each on-campus session you plan to attend.

If you are attending multiple sessions on the Santa Fe campus and plan to stay on campus over the weekend, a fee of $100/weekend will be added to the tuition to account for weekend activities.

For the online June sessions, a $50 deposit is due by May 1, 2023 and the remaining payment is due by June 1, 2023. For the online August sessions, a $50 deposit is due by June 1, 2023 and the remaining payment is due by July 1, 2023.

Deposit and payments can be made through your CampDoc portal.

Financial Assistance

We understand that the cost of the Summer Academy may be out of reach for some families, and we will do our best to provide some assistance to those with financial need. Please reach out to the Summer Academy Directors for additional information.

International Student Visas

To determine the type of visa you will need to enter the United States this summer for our non-credit program, visit the U.S. Department of State’s Tourism & Visit website.
