St. John’s College offers both need- and merit-based financial aid for prospective freshmen. In addition to merit-based scholarships and need-based aid, St. John’s also provides students the opportunity to work on campus through our Campus Employment Program. Positions are limited and require eligibility for Federal Work-Study or International Work-Study.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required for students in the United States to be considered for institutional grant aid and federal financial assistance. Follow the steps below to apply for financial aid at St. John’s College. It is important to observe the deadlines. According to federal guidelines, all students who wish to receive Title IV aid must now have a high school diploma, a recognized equivalent (e.g., GED), or meet the home school requirements. Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about your eligibility.
The CSS Profile is available for international students who want to be considered for financial aid. St. John’s requires all international students to apply online through the College Board website. Please see the table below for a list of dates and deadlines. Please note that all those who wish to apply for aid must do so by our priority deadline of February 1.
