Dining in Annapolis
All freshmen eat in the dining hall, located in Fielding-Rumore Hall, which is open seven days a week and serves sustainable, nutritious meals. A variety of foods are offered, all-you-can-eat style, including vegetarian and vegan options. Freshmen have 19 meals per week on their meal plan, and upperclassmen can adjust their number of preferred meals.
The Annapolis Cup Café is the college’s coffee shop, located in the lower level of Edensword Hall. It serves locally roasted coffee, sandwiches, salads, and other light fare.
There are multiple snack and beverage vending machines on campus. The majority of residence halls are also equipped with kitchens.
St. John’s College partners with Bon Appétit Management Company for dining options. Our campus chefs are committed to serving flavorful and nutritious meals that are cooked from scratch and made using locally sourced, socially responsible ingredients for the benefit of our guests, our community, and the planet. Bon Appétit at St John’s sources roughly 20 percent of our ingredients from a network of regional producers. From highlighting the food and climate connection to prioritizing animal welfare, our sustainability initiatives are at the heart of what we do.
