Santa Fe Cashier

The cashier processes various types of payments and disbursements for the college community. Student payments for tuition and fees are processed through the Cashier, but the office also processes gifts and donations, event fees, personal reimbursements, travel and payroll advances and a variety of other cash transactions. The Cashier also processes payroll for faculty, staff, and students, including those students on federal work-study.

Student payments for tuition and fees can be made with cash, checks, money orders, or credit card. Credit card payments are limited to $1,000 per transaction.

Students can cash checks up to $500 at any Wells Fargo Bank in Santa Fe with a current student ID card.
